I've been doing a lot of thinking lately about potential career paths and have just completed a really insightful book called The Manager's Path: A Guide for Tech Leaders Navigating Growth and Change .

Miro board summary
I've summarized each of the roles along the career path in a Miro board that will hopefully give you an idea of what can be expected in each role and the challenges you'll face.
The summary is most definitely not a complete representation and I'd definitely recommend reading the book itself if you're interested in any of the roles.
